$AAPL Iron Condor & Some Clarifications

August 7, 2017

Placed this trade earlier this morning but technical difficulties led to a late upload:

From now on, trade ideas and trade updates will be differentiated. Trade ideas will be announced on StockTwits with no video, and if occurring at the beginning of the week, will be seen in the Trading Journal under "Trade Ideas for the/this Week." Trade updates will be announced on StockTwits with video and will always appear here with video. Trade idea announcements will always have language in them like "trade idea" or "opportunity," whereas trade update announcements will have language in them like "FILLED @."

For example, StockTwits announcement of a trade UPDATE:

$AAPL Sep17 145/150/165/170 short iron condor FILLED @ 1.50. VIDEO: (link to youtube video)

and trade IDEA:

$AAPL trade idea: Sep17 145/150/165/170 short iron condor. Current mark = ~1.50; 59% chance of profit.

It would be more time consuming to make videos for each trade I take a look at rather than to just make a video for each trade I actually place and go over the details.

Sorry if it has been confusing. This Trading Journal will have Quarterly Reports in the form of a Google Docs spreadsheet, updated with each action made by me, starting in September(?). Visitors will be able to track and cross-check videos made and StockTwits announcements with entry and exit dates and fills data from the spreadsheet. Thus, total returns can be calculated from such information.

Just to let you know, this is something that LITERALLY NO OTHER TRADING EDUCATOR DOES. CLT Options will be the most transparent trading education provider on the internet, bar-none. Find me a trading education site that allows visitors to track returns like that. Wanna know why they don't do this? They're scared of showing their true profitability because they're scared that if they take losses, IT"S ALL OVER! So that is going to make CLT Options the most transparent and honest trading education provider anywhere.
